During the exhibition, New Blue Environmental Protection's technical solutions and products for Ship exhaust gas De NOx (ship urea solution), 50% Sodium hydroxide solution for Ship exhaust gas De NOx (50% sodium hydroxide solution), and Magnesium hydroxide suspension were presented to international customers on the same platform, highlighting New Blue Environmental Protection's leadership and professionalism in the field of ship exhaust treatment. They attracted the attention and recognition of many customers at the exhibition site.
The treatment of ship exhaust is urgent. The exhaust gas emitted by marine diesel engines contains dozens of strong carcinogenic chemicals, mainly nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon oxides (C Ox), sulfur oxides (SOx), particulate matter (PM), etc. The treatment of ship exhaust pollution has attracted high attention from countries around the world, and the emission control standards for ship pollution have been further strengthened. The national standard for urea solution used in ships in China is GB/T 35176.1-2017.
At present, the most widely used technology for ship exhaust treatment is selective catalytic reduction technology. Ships need to install SCR systems, and ship urea solution is used as a reducing agent to react with NOx to reduce the emission of harmful gases.
