The three row weighing filling machine is a filling machine developed by our company for small and medium-sized packaging filling. This machine adopts a separation method of the in and out barrel conveying line, and the barrels are pushed to the weighing platform through the pushing device on the in barrel conveying line. The filled barrels are pushed to the out barrel conveying line by the power transmission device in the weighing area. Due to the ability to prepare the bottles and barrels during the filling process, compared to a single row linear filling machine, it has a shorter working cycle and improves the production efficiency. The operation process can be adjusted to the target filling device on the touch screen, and each filling valve can be fine tuned according to the filling amount. During the filling process, it achieves high, medium, and low speeds, with a high degree of intelligence. No barrels or cans are filled, and the output is automatically calculated.
